PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing system, a data reproducing device, a data recorder and those methods and a program storage medium effectively using a recording area of a recording medium. SOLUTION: By detecting limit information for limiting the copy of the prescribed data, and notifying it according to the detected limit information, and after the notification, controlling the copy of the data according to the detected limit information, the propriety of recording is judged before the data are started to be recorded, and thus, the recording area of the recording medium is used effectively. |
