摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform very fast charging, when the user designates it. SOLUTION: When the user designates superquick charge via a key part 7, a controller 3 detects this. The number of times of the very fast charge that a battery cell 1 performed in the past is stored in a storage 9 of number of times of superquick charge. lf the number of times of superquick charge is within the allowable number of times, the controller 3 sends a control signal to a charge circuit 2, and outputs a charge current i for performing very fast charging to that charge circuit 2. By this charge current i, a battery cell 1 is charged. When the number of times of very fast charge is over the tolerable number of times, it does not perform, for example, very fast charge. Therefore, this charger can prevent the service life of the battery cell 1 from being reduced, by performing the very fast charging.
