PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinch roll with which the meandering of a steel sheet which is generated by unbalanced pressurization on the right and left of the pinch roll for pressing the steel sheet by being pressurized from the up-and-down direction and the generation of wrinkles which are generated with the pinch roll for pressurizing the steel sheet in the vicinity of the middle part to prevent the meandering are prevented. SOLUTION: This pinch roll has a rotary shaft which is freely rotatably supported with a frame member, a center roll which is fixed to the rotary shaft and also has rigidity to bending and side rolls which are arranged on the sides of the center roll and also freely rotatably provided on the rotary shaft, and the steel sheet is pressed with the center roll and side rolls.
