PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crushing machine which is capable of rapidly, surely, efficiently and inexpensively crushing compressors of refrigerators or the like, thereby disassembling the compressors, etc. SOLUTION: A pair of planar cutting tool bodies 6 and 17 with crushing knife blades 8a, 8b and 19 are disposed to face each other at a prescribed angle to an approximately tapered shape within a required frame 1 and at least one cutting tool body 6 is made freely movable back and forth at a required stroke. Materials A to be crushed are fed between these cutting tool bodies 6 and 17 and at least one cutting tool body 6 is moved back and forty, by which the materials are successively downwardly rolled and crushed.
