PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make surely pourable a required amount of hot water by appropriately correcting the amount of pouring that has been set, in the pouring of a fixed amount. SOLUTION: In the electric hot water storage container that is provided with fixed amount pouring setting means for setting the amount of pouring by a pouring pump 6 to a specific amount, and a fixed amount pouring control means for driving and controlling the pouring pump 6 so that only a set amount of pouring A that has been set by the fixed amount pouring setting means can be poured, the set amount of pouring A that has been set by the fixed amount pouring setting means is corrected according to the change in the amount of water that is detected by an amount-of-water detection means such as an electronic amount-of-water meter 7, thus pouring an accurate, required amount of hot water only.
