A waterproof push-button switch for a mobile terminal, and a mobile terminal. The waterproof push-button switch comprises: a push mechanism, a transmission mechanism and a main waterproof piece. The push mechanism includes a slider and a push piece arranged on the slider, two ends of the slider respectively being a force application end and a limiting end. The transmission mechanism comprises a transmission rod and a base, the base being provided with a slide groove running through at two ends. The slider is arranged in an accommodating groove formed by a terminal central frame and a terminal outer frame, at least a portion of the push piece protrudes from the terminal outer frame, and the limiting end is matched with a limiting piece on the terminal central frame. The base is fixed on the terminal central frame, the main waterproof piece is arranged between the base and the terminal central frame, and the slide groove on the base is in communication with a switch hole arranged on the terminal central frame. The transmission rod passes through the slide groove and the switch hole, an end passing through the switch hole to be located within the accommodating groove being a force bearing end matched with the force application end, an end penetrating the base being a toggle end matched with a switch arm of a circuit to be controlled. |
