PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate filtering processing in a picture processor. SOLUTION: The picture processor has a picture inputting part 1 to which color picture data are inputted, a window data generation part 2 for generating the window data 6r, 6g and 6b of a prescribed pixel size for each color plane with a pixel under consideration as a center with respect to the color picture data inputted to the part 1, a color extracting part 3 for extracting one color from an inputted color plane, a center value position extracting means 4 for extracting a position where the median value exists from the window data 6r, 6g, 6b and 6y of the color plane extracted by the part 3, and a filter value deciding part 5 for setting a value existing at the position of the median value with respect to all the color planes inputted by the part 1 to be a value after filtering processing. |
