PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding door guide which can minimize a gap between a sliding door and a rail, and facilitates installation of the sliding door. SOLUTION: A socket 1 equipped with a pivot 3 which is elastically protruded from an upper surface of the socket is housed and held in a case 4 having its upper surface and a front side surface extending therefrom opened, so as to be inclined from a vertical position toward the front side surface by a pivot 5. The dimension of the case 4 is set such that an upper end of the socket does not lie off the upper end surface of the case when the socket 1 assumes the vertical position, and that a front end of the pivot 3 protrudes from the open front end surface of the case 4 when the socket assumes the inclined position. Further, a holding means 6 for holding the vertical position of the socket 1 is provided for the case 4. In this manner, the sliding door guide is constituted.
