<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized high frequency device. SOLUTION: A distributed constant line 103, whose electrical length is shorter than the quarter wavelength and that is branched into two ways from an input terminal 102 is employed for wiring used for the high-frequency device and a capacitive element 105 is connected to the distributed constant line 103. Even when the line length of the distributed constant line 103 is shorter than quarter wavelength, by adding the parallel capacitive element 105 to the distributed constant line 103 becomes about quarter wavelength is obtained in terms of the electrical length, so as to make the high frequency device small in size.</p> |
