<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data receiver that can reproduce data normally, without causing overflows in a buffer by solving the problem in the conventional data receiver, that it cannot reproduce the data normally because of overflowed buffers, when the conventional data receiver is not in matching with a transmitter side device, and to provide a data transmission/reception system and a recording medium storing a data reception program. SOLUTION: There are provided the data receiver, the data transmission receiving system and the recording medium, where a clock time of an adaptive clock section 42 providing reproduction timing in a synchronous control section 40 of a receiver side device 20 is corrected and set, on the basis of reproduction time information relating to data stored in an image buffer 22 or an audio buffer 23, and a PTS/aSTC comparison 43 controls reproduction of the data stored in the image buffer 22 or the audio buffer 23, on the basis of the reproduction timing information that is corrected and set.</p> |
