CORE-MOUNTING STRUCTURE FOR MOTOR OF OUTER-ROTOR TYPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize a housing and reduce a caulking pressure when a core is fixed to the housing. SOLUTION: The core 61 wound with a coil 63 is composed of a lamination layer of a number of metal sheets, and a cylindrically shaped section 93 of the housing 57 is inserted into a housing-insert hole 91 of the core 61. A caulking hole 109 is bored in the neighborhood of the housing-insert hole 91 on the metal sheet. The core 61 is inserted into the caulking hole 109 through a jig-insert hole 117 from the side of a flange 95 of the housing 57, and then fixed to the housing 57.
