PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleep induction pillow which can be used by arbitrarily setting a waist height of a pillow body irrespective of the individual difference and induce the comfortable sleep. SOLUTION: In a back mat 1 formed of an elastic material and having a contour formed in a shape on which a back can be placed, a pillow 2 on which a head and a neck can be placed is provided at the head position of the back mat 1, a crescent-like projecting surface for the waist in side view to hold the waist of a user is provided on the waist position, an inflating/deflating member 4 which can be inflated/deflated by supplying/exhausting air is appropriately and internally mounted to/from the projecting surface for the waist and the pillow, the back side of the use is held by the uniform contact force so as to set the contact force to obtain the comfortable sleep free from any load, and the posture for the deep sleep.
