PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorizing method and device of organic waste and organic waste water eliminating the need for a complicated injection control such as chemical agent in order to prevent the generation of malodor at a sludge treating plant, convenient, capable of maintaining deodorizing and putrefaction preventing effect and also having energy-saving effect. SOLUTION: In the deodorizing method and device of the organic waste and the organic waste water, the putrefaction prevention and the removal of an odor component are performed by eluting a metal ion from a metal by electrically connecting the metal, the metal nobler than the metal or a carbon material and bringing the eluted metal ion into contact with the organic waste and the organic waste water. The metal ion eluted from the metal is the combination of one or >=2 kinds among copper, zinc and silver ions preferably. |
