PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an image blurring correcting device and an optical equipment on which the image blurring correcting device is mounted small in size and reduced in power consumption. SOLUTION: This device has an elastic member 6 to hold a correction optical system for image blurring correction held by a supporting member by centering a nearly optical axis and a guide member 5 to movably hold the correction optical system along one surface, and also the elastic member 6 and the guide member 5 are arranged within the same plane orthogonal with an optical axis or within nearly the same plane.
