PURPOSE: A steering wheel attaching device combined with a hands-free and a video cellular phone is provided to use a monitor and a keypad in a nearest distance during the driving of a car and also use a microphone and an earphone of the hands-free. CONSTITUTION: A monitor(46) and a keypad(48) are installed at a rear of a warning sound device(49) in a steering wheel(47), and a speaker(28) and a microphone(25) are installed at the left and right of the monitor(46) and the keypad(48) so that a driver uses the monitor(46) and the keypad(48) in a nearest distance during the driving of a car. The steering wheel(2) is connected with a video cellular phone(1) by a jack, and a microphone(51) and an earphone(54) of a hands-free(50) are connected by the jack. A hands-free body(50) has the microphone(51) and the earphone(54). The hands-free body(50) also has a CPU, an illuminant diode, and a volume switch.
