<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push-button cylinder lock which is good in assembling performance, simple in structure, and low in cost. SOLUTION: The push-button cylinder lock has a cylindrical housing 2 which is frontward opened and includes a perforated bottom wall 1 at an end thereof, a push-button case 4 which is inserted into the housing 2 from a front opening in a withdrawable manner, and frontward biased by a compressive spring 3 housed in the housing 2, and a lever 6 which is rotatable by a rotor inserted into the push-button case 4 and abuts on a rear end face of the housing 2 to prevent frontward slipout of the push-button case 4. According to the above- constructed push-button cylinder lock, the housing 2 is comprised of an engaging piece 8 which urgingly engages with a slipout preventive portion 7 of the push- button case 4, to thereby temporarily hold the push-button case 4 at a location where the lever 6 can be installed.</p> |
