PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming element which does not require the adhesion to a thick base. SOLUTION: A transparent polymer sheet of a physically assembled picture including at least one image element having an image on a thin polymer sheet, the transparent sheet for coating the image and reinforcing material physically presses the image to the reinforcing material.
