PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas hydrate-manufacturing apparatus and a multistage gas hydrate-manufacturing apparatus for generating gas hydrate by effectively hydrating the gas which comprises multiple components of hydrate-forming materials, and capable of stabilizing the operation and suppressing the cost. SOLUTION: The gas hydrate-manufacturing apparatus 3 comprises the following: a generation container 11 for generating gas hydrate by hydrating the gas comprising hydrate-forming materials; a controlling valve 31 placed on a gas introducing conduit 21 for introducing the gas into the generation container 11; a gas composition detector 41 for detecting the composition of the gas in the generation container 11 and outputting a detection signal depending the state of the composition; a pressure detector 42 for detecting the pressure in the generation container 11 and outputting a detection signal depending on the state of the pressure; and a controller 43 for controlling the controlling valve 31 depending on the detection signals from the gas composition detector 41 and the pressure detector 42 to change the flow rate of the gas into the generation container 11.
