PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner which can realize a comfortable living environment by presuming the sensible temperature which is the thermal sensation of man in an unsteady state in which the temperature distribution in a room variously changes at the starting time, etc., of the air conditioner and can be operated with less energy consumption. SOLUTION: This air conditioner which is operated based on the temperature in a room and a temperature set by a user calculates the sensible temperature felt by the user from the temperature of an air flow blown out of the indoor unit 12 of the conditioner and the air temperature in the room and controls its air-conditioning capacity by correcting the set temperature based on the sensible temperature felt by the user and the set temperature. |
