<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system, where a transmitter side adds a sequence number to a cell and transmits the resulting cell and a receiver side rearranges the cells according to the sequence numbers of the received cells and outputs the rearranged cells, that can prevent reading of the cells from being stopped due to a cell loss or an abnormal delay in the cells. SOLUTION: The communication system is provided with a timer that generates interruption when counting a prescribed time, a discrimination means (S601) that discriminates whether or not cells arrive within a prescribed time, and an output means (S611) that outputs arrived cells when the discrimination means discriminates that no cell arrives within a prescribed time, and gives the arrived cells to a reception terminal when no cell arrives within the prescribed time.</p> |
