<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce capacitance generated in an optical semiconductor coupler and to eliminate the distortion of light reception output signals. SOLUTION: This coupler is provided with a grounded first lead frame 32 loaded with a light emitting element 31, a second lead frame 37 loaded with a light reception control part 36 so as to receive the light emitting signals of the light emitting element 31 of the first lead frame 32, third lead frames 41 and 42 loaded with output parts 38 and 39 for receiving the control signals of the light reception control part 36 of the second lead frame 37 and synthetic resin 45 for molding the first lead frame 32, the second lead frame 37 and the third lead frames 41 and 42. By grounding the first lead frame 32 or the like, static electricity stored in it is removed, the influence of external static electricity is prevented, the capacitance between output part terminals is reduced and the distortion of the output signals is reduced.</p> |
