PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electric equipment with a specification change function, a specification change processing method and an information recording medium for automatically changing specifications when the preset time comes. SOLUTION: This electric equipment 1 with the specification change function is provided with a real time clock 14 for ticking the time, a first storage means 13 for storing the specification change time for changing the specifications beforehand, a time discrimination means 16 for discriminating whether or not the time ticked by the real time clock 14 reaches the specification change time, a command transmission means 16 for transmitting a specification change command for changing the specifications in the case of reaching the specification change time and a specification change means 20 for receiving the specification change command and changing the specifications. This specification change processing method is used by the electric equipment 1 and this information recording medium stores a program for realizing the specification change processing method.
