PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide prosthesis for knee joints with the property of preventing dislocations, superior to other knee joints of no-hinge type. SOLUTION: The exchangeable prosthesis for knee joints has a shinbone material 500, a femur material 200, a supporting part 300 and a control arm. The shinbone material has upper supporting surface 310 and a conical dent which extends into the supporting surface 310. The supporting part is collapsibly connected to the upper surface of the shinbone material, and also has a lower surface, in which a Z shaped groove is built. The femur material 200 has a pair of convex joint condyloid projection, which is connected with the upper surface through the joint. The femur material 200 is equipped with a rear notch, which becomes wider at the upper place. The control arm has a conical supporting part 300, which is situated to revolve freely on the conical dent of the shinbone material, because of which the pillars don't bend remarkably by valgus and varus moment given during compressible loading and a mobile bearing posterior stabilized knee where primarily the bearing is under compressive load provides A-P stability when the supporting part is temporarily straight under compressible loading.
