<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use capacities of various electric appliances or OA devices, which can be used still, and to suppress industrial waste to be produces as much as possible to positively contribute to resolution of environmental problems by supplying these appliances or devices to market at proper prices as used goods. SOLUTION: An identifier is added to data of an available recycled electric appliance 14 selected from used electric appliance 11 and this data is preserved in a database 23, and data with the identifier added is used to put up the recycled electric appliance 14 to auction, and data with the identifier added is used to perform settlement processing of auction by a settlement processing part 26.</p> |
