PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly obtain specific result information by performing computation based upon past instances. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a similarity judging means 2a which selects N past pieces of condition information having similarity evaluated with a norm for current condition information, an arithmetic means 2b which represents the current condition information by weighting the selected N past pieces of condition information, and a result information arithmetic means 2c which computes result information for the current condition information by weighting past pieces of result information corresponding to the mentioned pieces of condition information corresponding to the mentioned weighting; and the past pieces of condition information and the past pieces of result information for the pieces of condition information are used to compute the result information for the current condition information without preparing a rule.
