<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas partial pressure measurement device which is superior in measurement reliability. SOLUTION: This gas partial pressure measurement device is provided with a box cell having inside a long optical path with a length necessary for securing a prescribed resolution of a gas partial pressure, a light-emitting element emitting light into the box cell, and a light receiving element receiving the light emitted by the light-emitting element and transmitted through the long optical path. In this gas partial pressure measurement device, a gas partial pressure is measured by attenuation of the light due to absorption of the light during the transmission through the long optical path. The light-emitting element directly emits a laser beam at a prescribed wavelength toward the light-receiving element, without causing reflections inside the box cell.</p> |
