PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rain reflector provided on an upper part of a windshield side of a cabin of a construction machine from being damaged by interference by external force by a bucket or the like. SOLUTION: In the construction machine equipped with the rain reflector 9 on the windshield 8 side of an upper part of the cabin 7, an upper end of the rain reflector 9 is fixed on a supporting member 12, the supporting member 12 is held to a bracket 14 rotatably around an axis thereof through a hinge 13, a tension spring 16 is provided between the bracket 14 and the supporting member 12, the bracket 14 is fixed on a base part 15, and the base part 15 is fixed on a roof part 10 of the windshield 8 side of the cabin 7. Therefore, the rain reflector 9 is rotated and evacuated when the rain reflector 9 is interfered by the external force by the bucket or the like, and the rain reflector 9 returns to the previous position when the external force is removed.
