PURPOSE: A muffler of a boiler is provided to reduce the noise by sequentially absorbing and to improve combustion efficiency by discharging the noise through an exhaust duct. CONSTITUTION: A muffler for a boiler comprises a case(131) installed by protruding a connect unit(131a) on both sides of the upper portion; a passage(132) formed by penetrating upper and lower portions of the case; a lower direction changing plate(133) penetrated by a lower through hole(133a) to let exhaust gas in the middle of the passage while changing a direction of the exhaust gas let in the lower portion of the passage; and an upper direction changing plate(134) formed by being penetrated through an upper through hole(134a) to discharge the exhaust duct(150) while changing the direction of the exhaust gas let in the middle of the passage in the case. Combusting gas is combusted in a combustion chamber while starting a boiler and heat exchanged with water contained in a water chamber through a heat exchanger. Then, the exhaust gas is let in the lower portion of the case and is hit on the upper and direction changing plates to transmit latent heat into the water chamber. Thereby, the noise contained in the exhaust gas is sequentially absorbed and damped and is discharged into the exhaust duct.
