PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a release of a water tank from a heat insulator by a simple constitution regarding water. SOLUTION: A cuff 6 is formed at an upper edge of the water tank 4 opened at its upper part. Thus, an upper edge of the heat insulator 5 adhered to an outer surface of the tank 4 is covered with the cuff 6.
