APPARATUS FOR RECOVERING PURGING MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for recovering a purging material which can recover the purging material generated when a resin is replaced in an injection molding machine in a form easy of recycling. SOLUTION: A resin receiving block 10 is fitted to the back of a fixed die plate 5 during purging. A socket 11 fitted with an injection nozzle 2 is formed in front of the block 10, and a passage 12 formed in the inside is connected with the resin discharge opening 13 of the lower surface. A trough-shaped chute 20 is arranged on the lower side of the block 10, an injecting port 21 for cooling water is formed on the upper end side of the chute 20, and a winder 30 is installed on the lower end side. A control unit 40 controls an inverter 32 based on data on the position of a screw 3 and adjusts the speed of winding by the winder 30. A resin discharged from the nozzle 2 is taken up by the winder 30 as the string-shaped purging material.
