PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a well operable and efficient implement that solves the problem of existent bouquet binding wherein manual labor throughout the process poses heavy fatigue and less efficiency to the work. SOLUTION: A cutter body 3 has a hand cutter 1 at one end, a side plate 4 at the other, and an M-formed mounting part 2 on a given midway place. A mounting plate 6 has a curved top. A front support 7 is arranged under the hand cutter 1, and a middle support 5 is arranged on the side to the side plate 4. The use of the cutter can reduce fatigue, shorten working time and triple efficiency throughput over manual labor.
