PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a very small sized optical switch device capable of switching lots of input ends and output ends at the same time. SOLUTION: This optical switch device comprises a substrate, a fixed reflecting plane, and movable reflecting plane arranged in the optical paths of input ends and output ends, respectively, and the light from an input end is reflected by the movable reflecting plane by the tilt angle of the movable reflecting plane and the fixed reflecting plane and guided to any one of the output ends. The substrate, the fixed reflecting plane, and the movable reflecting plane are formed into an integrated optical circuit type. |
