COUNTERMEASURE TYPE PROBE AGAINST STATIC ELECTRICITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide of a counter measure type probe against static electricity that can surely remove static electricity and measure impedance without trouble at a low price. SOLUTION: An interior conductor 1 and an external conductor 2 are placed so as to be in the form of a coaxial line. The top end of the contacting pin 6 of the internal conductor 2 is protruded from the end face of the external conductor 1. The contacting part 8 of a ground circuit for contacting to the ground circuit 7 of a circuit board 3 is placed at the end face of the external conductor 1. In a state that the top end of the contacting pin 6 is contacted to a measured circuit 4 and the contacting part 8 of the ground circuit is not contacted to the ground circuit 7 of the circuit board 3, the contacting pin 6 is extended so as to contact to the external conductor 1. In a state that the contacting pin 6 is contacted to the measured circuit 4 of the circuit board 3 and the contacting part 8 of the ground circuit is contacted to the ground circuit 7, the contacting pin 6 is extensively formed to be a compressed state that the pin 6 is not contacted the external conductor 1.
