Then, by performing heat exchange between the heat carrier medium and the heat-storing material 21 using an electron thermal element 31, heat is stored at the heat-storing material 21. On the other hand, when heat being stored at the heat-storing material 21 is to be utilized, a circulation path is switched so that the heat carrier medium can be circulated between the heat exchanger 41 and the heat storage side heat sink 24. Then, the heat carrier medium that is cooled or heated by the heat of the heat-storing material 21 is subjected to heat exchange with air outside a machine by the heat exchanger 41.
