<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain efficient processing of a shielded wire terminal. SOLUTION: This device is disposed with a tubular inner blade 1 having a radius larger than a half of the outer diameter of a shielded wire W by at least the thickness of a braid S3, and forming a cutting edge around the outer peripheral edge, a horizontal holder 2 therefor; and a driving mechanism 3 chucking the inner blade 1 for moving it to-and-fro. It is also disposed with the tubular outer blade 1, coaxially with the inner blade 1 on the right thereof, having an internal diameter slightly larger than the external diameter of the inner blade 1, and forming a cutting edge around the inner peripheral edge of the end facing the inner blade and, on the right thereof, a chuck 7 for holding the shielded wire W coaxially with the inner blade 1 with the front end of the braid S3 opened. The inner blade 1 is moved toward the outer blade 6 by the driving mechanism 3 for cutting the braid S3 in cooperation with the outer blade 6. With the inner blade 1 moved further, the whole rest of the exposed braid S3 is pressed against the outer covering S4 of the shielded wire W for inverting it by the inner surface of the inner blade 1, and the inner blade 1 is then moved in an opposite direction to draw out the wire W.</p> |
