<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a recorded PES packet as a TS. SOLUTION: In a step S41, DTS-(vbv-delay) is operated and a STC(system time clock) is further initialized at a time obtained by subtracting a prescribed time. In a step S42, the PSI packets of a PAT and a PMT are outputted. In a step S43, a TS packet for a dedicated PCR with the value of the STC recorded thereon is outputted in an optional interval. In a step S44, with respect to video, a video PES packet is made TS and an output is started at timing when the STC coincides with the time obtained by subtracting the vbv-delay from the DTS of the front I picture. With respect to audio, an audio PES packet is made TS and an output is started at timing when the STC coincides with the time obtained by subtracting a start up delay from the PTS of the front frame (AAU).</p> |
