PREPARATION METHOD OF CEMENT CONCRETE WITH POLYMER COATING LAYER

PURPOSE: A method for preparing the cement concrete is provided, to improve the waterproofing, the chemical resistance and the seawater resistance by introducing a polymer coating layer into the cement concrete. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of pasting a polymer paste on the one side of a mold treated with a releasing agent to form a polymer layer(1); spraying a binding material on the polymer layer(1) before the polymer layer is cured, to form a binding material layer(2); pouring cement on the surface to form a cement concrete layer(3); curing the cement concrete layer completely; and taking out the cured one from the mold, wherein the binding material is the sand with the particle size of 1-3 mm and the addition amount is 1.1 times or more based on the amount of the polymer by volume. Preferably the polymer layer(1) comprises 100 parts by weight of a polymer; 20-30 parts by weight of a shrink-proofing agent; 15-25 parts by weight of a filler; and 1-2 parts by weight of a curing agent.
