PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improvement for the conventional combined health equipment as well as to provide a combined health equipment capable of doing other combined exercises. SOLUTION: This combined health equipment is to perform a swinging exercise by a constitution of providing two sets of pararell links 3 and 4 mounted swingably to a vertical frame 2 vertically fixed to a base 1 and mounting left and right stepping plates 5 and 6 to the lower ends of the pararell links 3 and 4, respectively, and to perform a stepping exercise by a constitution of interlocking these left and right stepping plates 5 and 6 each other so as to be rotated alternately.
