PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make sufficient information able to be provided to a user at the time of setting destination by telephone number. SOLUTION: Database is formed, by making telephone number to correspond to institution name, address, and position, and at the same time, database is formed by telephone number to correspond to a plurality of the institution names, when the same telephone number is shared with a plurality of institutions (1). When the destination is set by telephone number, a telephone number list is displayed on the screen of a display. In this case, a special icon IPT is displayed near the telephone number, corresponding to the plurality of institutions (2). When a specific telephone number is selected from among the list, the list showing the plurality of institution names is displayed, if the plurality of institutions correspond to the telephone number, and detailed information on the selected institution is displayed, when the institution is selected from among the institution name list (3). |
