<p>A fin tube heat exchanger is used in an air conditioner or the like and includes a plurality of plate-shaped fins at regular intervals in parallel with one another through which air flows, a plurality of heat transfer tubes extending through the plate-shaped fins, and a plurality of cutouts formed in the plate-shaped fins to partially surround the heat transfer tubes. A semicircle-shaped flat portion is formed on the center part of a plurality of the cutouts on the windward side and the leeward side. This arrangement makes it possible to improve the heat exchange performance by arranging a plurality of the cutouts compactly.</p> |
