PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an aqueous solution containing titanium of high concentration which is excellent in homogeneity and stability over a long period of time. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the aqueous solution of titanium is distinguished by that titanium alkoxide is made to react with water in the presence of at least one kind of amines selected from a group composed of ammonia, primary amines, secondary amines, tertiary amines and quaternary ammonium hydroxides.
