PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To educe defects such as wrinkles and checks at the bottom f of a parison, cords, to make the knurling and the stamp on the bottom of a bottle clear. SOLUTION: A lower forming part including a forming surface, and an upper body of a baffle are formed into different bodies, and the lower forming part is detachably attached to the lower of the body. As a result, the formation of the defects such as cords becomes difficult, and the knurling and the stamp become clear because the forming part is the different body to make the transmission of the heat from the forming part to the body difficult, and accordingly the decrease of the temperature at the bottom of the parison is reduced.
