HOUSING STRUCTURE FOR AUTOMOBILE SEAT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide housing structure for an automobile seat for easily housing the seat in a housing recessed part formed at the rear part of an automobile body, during the nonuse of the seat. SOLUTION: In this housing structure for the automobile seat, the seat 1 comprising a seat cushion 1a and a seat back 1b can be contained in a housing recessed part 2 formed in a body floor 20 behind the seat. A guide pin 3 is protrusively provided at the lower end part side face of the seat back 1b, and the upper part of a rear wall 2a of the housing recessed part 2 is provided with a pin receiving part 4 with the upper face formed as a longitudinal guide face 4a for the guide pin 3. The guide pin 3 is supported to the pin receiving part 4 when the seat 1 is contained in the housing recessed part 2.
