ELECTRIC CONNECTOR AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector and its manufacturing method, which can secure electric conductivity in a sure and stable state even if a compressior load is small. SOLUTION: A sheet body 1 made of silicon rubber that is a material utilizing its elastic property of the insulation which is a main body of an electric connector 10 is installed with a number of paired protruding parts 1a protruding from front and rear face sides of the same part in a row. Connecting electrodes 2 are formed from the top part to the bottom part of respective protruding parts 1a on the front and rear face sides of the sheet body. The connecting electrodes 2 on the front and rear face sides are mutually connected by through holes penetrating the sheet body 1 and the whole body is gold plated. Further, nearly hemispherical shape and a conical shape can be adopted as the shapes for the protruding parts 1a. The connecting electrodes 2 are respectively arranged with a distance in between of the front and rear face sides and the electric connector 10 forms an anisotropic electro-conductive sheet.
