<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable improvement of life and reliability of a device and energy saving of an apparatus, as compared with the conventional case by operating a device with a small current, by setting the value of a current applied to a light emitting element of a device, as a necessary and minimal value in the whole range of an application temperature. SOLUTION: This driving circuit is provided with a power source 11, a resistance element 12 as a current limiting element, and an LED 13 as a light emitting element connected in series with the resistance element 12 in the input side, and provided with a phototriac 14 as a light receiving element, and a triac 15 as a driving element in the output side. The LED 13, the phototriac 14 and the triac 15 constitute a solid-state relay 16. In the driving circuit using the solid-state relay 16, the resistance element 12 arranged on the input side has a positive temperature coefficient whose gradient is gentle, and can reduce a value of a current applied to the light emitting element when a temperature is high.</p> |
