PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulator in a DC brush-less motor for realizing high- speed high-tension winding by improving anti-stress strength in the winding. SOLUTION: The structure of an insulator suitable for high-speed high-tension winding has two reinforcement ribs 7 provided at an inner circumferential wall face 5 of each slot, and a tube part 6 becomes thicker as it goes near to a joining part, where stress tends to concentrate, with the inner circumferential wall face 5 in the radial central part. As a result, anti-stress strength at the winding can be improved. The high speed winding offers good workability and low cost. At the same time, the high tension winding offers a DC brush-less motor with superior motor characteristics, such as efficiency related with energy saving. |
