PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve a document while taking an access right set up in the document into consideration. SOLUTION: A file information acquiring means 10a acquires prescribed information from a file. A right information acquiring means 10b acquires right information indicating a user capable of accessing the file. An index storing means 10c relates the information acquired by the oceans 10a to the right information acquired by the means 10b and storing these information as an index. A keyword input means 10d receives the input of a keyword for retrieving the file. A user specification means 10e specifies the user inputting the keyword. A retrieving condition expression generation means 10f generates a retrieving condition expression from the keyword inputted from the means 10d and the information indicating the user specified by the means 10e. A retrieving means 10g retrieves an index corresponding to the retrieving condition expression generated by the means 10f from the means 10c. |
