PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breather structure of an internal combustion engine for a vehicle having a simple structure capable of preventing the attachment and intrusion of dust or the like to the breather with a short breather passage length. SOLUTION: In this breather structure of the internal combustion engine for the vehicle, an armor cover 48 is mounted outside of a main body cover 46 for covering a power unit including at least one of the internal combustion engine and a power transmission through a sound absorbing material 49 for preventing the noise, and an outlet of the breather 81 mounted on the power unit is faced to the sound absorbing material 49.
