PURPOSE: An electronic payment system using Internet service providers is provided to be capable of causing a customer to buy a good without inputting separate personal information by generating the identity information of the customer through a payment admission server to assure the credit of the customer through the Internet service provider and then informing the admission result of an Internet shopping mall. CONSTITUTION: First, a payment admission server generates the identity information of a customer and transmits the information to an Internet service provider when the customer desires to buy a good. Then, the Internet service provider transmits subscriber information corresponding to the identity information to the payment admission server. Next, the payment admission server estimates the credit of the subscriber to generate an admission number, and transmits the admission number to the provider. Then, the provider transmits the received admission number to an E-mail address of the customer. Next, the payment admission server determines the admission state and transmits the result to the Internet shopping mall and the provider. Then, the shopping mall sends the good to the customer. Next, the provider demands the payment of the good to the customer.
