PURPOSE: An advertising method using the Internet is provided to cause a sponsor to estimate the effect of an advertisement by introducing the concept of auction to the Internet advertisement as well as to cause to Internet users to select and view only necessary advertisements. CONSTITUTION: If the advertiser accessed, the advertisement providing conditions of the sponsor are inputted to be notified. Next, the accept conditions of the Internet users corresponding to the advertisement providing conditions are inputted from the Internet users which desire to acquire the advertisement. Then, ones of the acceptance conditions satisfying the advertisement providing conditions of the sponsor and the data of Internet users which input corresponding accept conditions are provided to the sponsor. Finally, if the sponsor agrees to the accept conditions, the advertisement is transferred to the corresponding Internet users and then the users are rewarded in accordance with the accept conditions.
